Welcome to our terms and conditions.  Please read these terms of sale before purchasing goods.

PROCESSING TIMES

Due to the nature of our products making them takes time as all our products are handmade.  Please allow at least 7-10 working days for products to be made.  Please note this leadtime will increase at busy periods i.e Christmas, Diwali, Easter etc.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept credit/debit card payments as well as PayPal.  All payments must be made at the time of purchase from our site.  or on receipt of an invoice.  All invoices are issued on proforma basis and orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

PRICING

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and in Pound Sterling.  We review our prices regularly and update the site where necessary.  All our products and services are subject availability.  We we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you with alternate options such as waiting for the product to be available. 

SHIPPING

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For service.  Orders will be despatched using your chosen shipping method such as 1st Class, 2nd Class, Next Day etc.  For International deliveries please contact us at info@occasionsbyvishwart.com and we will be able to calculate the shipping costs for you.  If you haven't received your order within the time frames below please contact us at info@occasionsbyvishwart.com. 

  • 1st Class Signed for - Delivery Aim: 1 Business Days

  • 2nd Class Signed for - Delivery Aim: 2 Business Days

  • Special Delivery - Delivery Aim: Guaranteed by 1pm Next Business Day 

Please note in the unlikely event of non-delivery we ask that you wait 21 days from the date of dispatch in case it has been delayed in transit.  This is in line with Royal Mail Shipping Policies.​

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns for any non-personalised or non-customised goods returned within 7 days of receipt ONLY if the item is damaged/defective.  We DO NOT accept returns for any personalised/customised orders as these are made as per customers requests and on approval of design.  In the unlikely event that you receive your order in an unsatisfactory state please contact us immediately at info@occasionsbyvishwart.com and we will endeavour to resolve the matter for you as swiftly as we can.  In order to process any returns we will require the following information, without this information we will be unable to process your request. 

  • Your Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Description of Fault

  • Photos of any damage/defects
